TONOPAH LIBRARY DISTRICT
The Tonopah Library District is accepting applications for the position of Library Assistant. This is a part-time position without benefits, approximately 18 hours a week. Compensation: $14.75 per hour.
Minimum requirements: applicant must be 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED equivalency. Successful candidates will have a basic knowledge in the operation of computers, fax machines, copiers, will demonstrate good customer service skills, and a have general understanding of the library system. Daily tasks include assisting patrons in locating library materials, answering phone inquiries, and general clerical duties. Weekend work may be required.
