Agenda Item Request Form
Due to posting requirements, all agenda items with backup documentation (if applicable) must be submitted to the Deputy Town Clerk no later than 12:00 noon five working days (Wednesday) prior to the day of the scheduled meeting or by 12:00 noon six working days (Tuesday if a holiday falls prior to the meeting.)

All times are approximate except for bid openings, public hearings, and any other items agendized at a specific time. Action and deliberation as defined in N.R.S. §241.015(2), may be taken on all items except where otherwise indicated. Items not scheduled for a specific time may be considered at any time and in any order. The Board may combine two or more agenda items for consideration. The Board may remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time.
Any member of the public who is disabled and requires accommodations or assistance at the meeting is requested to notify the Town Office in writing or call for TTD assistance at 711 within 24 hours prior.
