Become Part of the Tonopah Historic Mining Park!
Dear Prospective Member,
The Tonopah Historic Mining Park is pleased
to announce the formation of a membership to help support
projects at the park. The Park Foundation is a non-profit
501 (C) 3 entity and memberships and donations are tax
deductible. The Park is dedicated to the preservation of
deep mining history in the West. In addition, the Park
offers a wonderful trip into the past through the many
restored buildings and mining artifacts on the 100+ acre
facility. The park serves as a research center for maps,
minerals and associated ephemera. It also serves as a
repository for mining equipment from the long history of
mining in Nevada and the West.
All members will receive, twice a year,
the park foundation publication Tonopah Historic Mining Park
Tailings (commencing in fall of 2001) and also a 10%
discount on all purchases in the gift shop.
Individual/Family/Business life members will also receive
free admission to the walking tour.
We also accept memorial donations.
